Marley has been producing materials for the construction industry for over 100 years. Marley Eternit was formed after the amalgamation of two leading companies – Marley Roofing and Eternit Building Materials.
The company primarily produces clay and concrete roof tiles, slates, cladding boards and sheets.
De-merger of 2003
In 2003 the Marley Group demerged into two separate and independent companies. Marley Eternit is owned by Etex Group while Marley Plumbing and Drainage is owned and operated by Aliaxis. The two businesses operate entirely independent of each other.
