Marley Ludlow Plus are interlocking concrete based roof tiles. The design is simple and they are exrtremely popular for both new build projects and refurbishments. Cheap and reliable with no shortage of supply.
There are many variants of this popular tile including the wider Marley Ludlow Major and the competing alternatives from Redland. These tiles are very easy to stack and can be laid onto the roof with speed. Needless to say they are popular among roofing contractors.

Fixings and Battens
This tile can be fixed to the battens using a single 50×3.35mm tile nail through the pre-drilled hole. There is also a selection clips for each tile and at eaves and verges.
Roofing contractors should ensure that battens are centred no greater than 450mm for 38x25mm battens and no greater than 600mm for 50x25mm battens.
